17 May, 2012 Mgaloblishvili Kipiani Dzidziguri (MKD) acted as a legal counsel to the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) on allocating a credit line to two Georgian banks under its Trade Finance program for Georgia. The agreement signed provides for facility of USD 5 million to KSB Bank and USD 4 million to Basisbank.

24 February, 2012 Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) held one of its key events - VIII Annual Legal Forum "Development of the legal services market in Ukraine 2012". This event was primarily focused on partners and leaders of the legal business. This year the forum went beyond the country limits and began to gain regional importance in the CIS. Thus, among the speakers and participants of the event were lawyers from Russia, Georgia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

The Tax Law Desk of the Corporate/M&A group has a counseling and litigation practice. Paul will be contributing his regulatory expertise. He spent fifteen years with the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department where he developed and implemented international tax policy, drafted New Zealand’s transfer pricing guidelines and negotiated tax treaties.
3 January, 2012 Partner of Mgaloblishvili Kipiani Dzidziguri Law firm Archil Kbilashvili provided legal defense to Israeli businessmen Rony Fuchs and Ze’ev Frenkiel. He was assisted by Sandro Samadbegishvili, the lawyer of the firm. On December 1 of this year President of Georgia granted a pardon to Israeli citizens Rony Fuchs and Ze’ev Frenkiel upon the request of the Government of Israel and the President of Israel in person.

Eine rechtsvergleichende Analyse mit Blick auf Deutschland und die Ukraine) in Deutschland veröffentlicht. Die Arbeit zeigt, welcher Abgrund zwischen dem Parteienrecht Georgiens und der Ukraine einerseits und dem Deutschlands andererseits klafft.
