Mr. Koghuashvili is Director Tax and Customs Division in Georgian Business Association (BAG) which is Responsible for providing the technical support and expertise to the committee for Tax and Custom under BAG and managing the daily activities of the revenue division; in cooperation with the MOF and the Parliament of Georgia and developing the drafts and assessing/commenting both active and proposed tax/customs legislation;
On behalf and BAG representing the interest of Georgian businesses (as an appointed member of the council) to the permanent Tax Appeals Council under the Georgian MOF).
Since August 2010 he is actively working with a team of MKD and he is Of-Counsel to the firm.
