Archil Kbilashvili, partner at Mgaloblishvili Kipiani Dzidziguri, has been appointed as the Chief Prosecutor of Georgia.
Mr. Kbilashvili was elected as MP following the parliamentary elections of October 1st this year.
Afterwards, however, and as a result of being nominated by the Ministry of Justice, he entered to the office of the Chief Prosecutor pursuant to the Presidential Order effective from October 30st 2012.
His legal practices, while working at the firm, include successful representation and advice on a number of high-profile matters both at domestic and international level.
